After 30 years in the industry, we set out to re-imagine the modern salon experience. Her vision was simple—to provide a premium, highly-customized service in a private, one-on-one setting. Each appointment is a truly personal experience. Here, you can be yourself, relax, and speak freely—we don’t judge and we don't rush. Your session is all about you, intentional and transformative. Even our booking process is little different. It all begins with an online consultation form followed by an in-person conversation about your vision, followed by a collaborative plan tailored just for you. CANCELLATION POLICY
To uphold the utmost standard of service for our guests, it is imperative to emphasize that cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment adversely impact the timing and availability of existing reservations for other guests. Such cancellations may result in a fee of $50.00 for no-shows. We encourage clear communication regarding any cancellations, and each situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Gianna Lariccia
Gina has undergone comprehensive training at some of the most prestigious international salons, including a thirty-day program at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in London, Toni & Guy in New York City, and the L’Oréal Institute in Paris. She began her education in 1996 as a member of the inaugural graduating class at Ricci's Academy, also known as Toni & Guy, in Connecticut. Throughout her career, she has excelled in renowned salon environments nationwide, including her roles at The Warren Tricomi Salon and Frédéric Fekkai on 57th Street in Manhattan. Gina serves as a runway coach for the Wilhelmina Modeling Agency in New York City and has been involved with Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, specifically for Lilly Pulitzer. Gina's vibrant personality, artistry, and passion for her craft have established her as a sought-after stylist who instills confidence in her clients at every stage of life. Clients appreciate her exceptional cutting and coloring techniques, as well as the inviting atmosphere she creates. In her chair, clients often feel an instant connection, fostering an open and candid dialogue. Currently, Gina is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University, with plans to attend the Iconic Vidal Sassoon Academy in London in June 2025. She is also an active member of the American Board of Certified Hair Colorists. Bespoke is privileged to be the first independent salon suite to be managed financially and creatively by Acer Salon Solutions.
Gail Murrary
Gail P. Murray serves as the Digital Media and Content Designer for Bespoke Salon Suite. She oversees the United States operations for Salon Guru of London, an internationally recognized marketing and website design firm specializing in the beauty salon and med spa industry. Ms. Murray is an accomplished professional copywriter, possessing a distinctive ability to engage with our audience while sounding perfectly authentic!
Acer CERULO
CREATIVE & MARKETING CONSULTANT/INVESTOR A. Cer and Gina have a long history of over 26 years. She has joined the BESPOKE team as the in house financial consultant and Creative Director as well as Investment Projects . She is a vital element to the back end office handlings for this team.
